A chef I am not, day #4

With today being Memorial day it was a grilling kind of a day. We celebrated with our neighbors and enjoyed some great food and fellowship. Michael grilled up some steaks, and man were they delicious! I made a fruit salad, we had some baked beans and chips. Our neighbors brought over chips and homemade salsa, potato salad, and more fresh fruit. We grilled some hot dogs for the kids. Dinner was so good!
Here is the before picture, the steaks were marinating and waiting to be grilled.

 This is not the greatest picture but this was my plate before I consumed all the yummy food. The salad at 7:00 was leftovers from last nights dinner. The potato salad at 11:00 was divine! The steak was mouth watering good. For dessert we had treats from the freezer, some had fudgesicles, some had popsicles, and others had a frozen lemonade treat.

There is nothing better than eating good food with good friends on Memorial day.
