Bread baking
It's been a few years since we have baked our traditional Christmas bread. We like to do it before Christmas but since it takes an entire day of working in the kitchen and our time was limited before Christmas (busy December) so we decided that New Years Eve would be a good day for baking. We ended up with 12 loaves of bread and they are delicious!

Homemade bread is awesome. Have you ever made "no knead" bread? It's incredibly easy and so delicious. Google the recipe and pick steamykitchen's. That's the one I use.
