Bobbe and Lou have been in town this week and we went to a charity event today to raise money for the special olympics. We joined forces with the other Rays and had a great time. It took place at Brunswic's bowling alley and we enjoyed ourselves some cosmic bowling. It was a really fun time. I actually got 4 strikes and a few spares and pulled a high score in our second game. I was very pleased. I figured that when I didn't try, that is when I did good and when I tried to do good, I would get gutter balls. I doubt the pros play like that, but it sure worked for me. We also entered a raffle drawing and won ourselves a TomTom GPS. We are thrilled, we haven't owned one up until now so we were quite tickled. After coming off of such a bad day yesterday grieving with our friends, it felt good to get out and enjoy ourselves. I kept thinking about the Warner's though and how hard it will be for them to do that first "fun" family event without Paxton and instead of being a family of 7, they will be a family of 6. My heart is still grieving.

Jadon was very in to his bowling game.

Camden had a great time, his bowling stance was quite unique.

I like this one.

They passed around the special olympics torch, that thing was heavy!

Now she has the hang of it, granny style.

I like this one cause it makes my arms look toned and like I have been working out, which I have not.

Anna in her bowling stance, she took the game VERY seriously.

Bowling shoes have a come a long way since I was a kid.

Thank goodness for them bumpers.

There was a twist competition, twist and shout!

Jadon and his cousin Joshua twisting about.

This picture was taken the other night when we had Bobbe and Lou over for dinner. They were trying to figure out a puzzle game.

Anna was in a commercial that aired on PBS. The commercia was advertising Aqua Tots swim school. I snapped a picture of Anna's little part. She was on for maybe 3 seconds. She was all smiles.
