sometimes I get these great ideas...

and they don't turn out the way I anticipated. But, that's OK! It is beautiful in AZ this week and I had the great idea of homeschooling at the park. Why not take advantage of the great spring weather and get school work done at the same time. I seemed to have forgotten that our boys get easily distracted, a trait they inherited from their dad. So after being at the park for a little while it was apparent to me that not much schooling was going to be getting done, at least for the boys. Anna on the other hand enjoyed every minute of "outdoor" school. It was fun, and the boys eventually got their work done- in the quietness of our own home.
